The government of Poland has decided to launch an initial public offer (IPO) for Polski Holding Nieruchomosci S.A. (PHN), individuals close to the offer told PAP. Subscription for PHN shares could be launched in the second half of January 2013 and PHN could debut on the WSE in early February 2013, PAP learnt from other sources. PHN is now waiting for the approval of its updated issue prospectus by the financial market watchdog KNF.
