In accordance with art. 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b), of Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Poligrafica S. Faustino announces the following financial calendar for 2014:

Friday, March 14	Approval of 2013 draft Company Annual Financial Statements and 2013 Consolidated Annual Financial Statements of Poligrafica Sanfaustino Group
Wednesday, April 23	Shareholders' meeting for approval 2013 Financial Statements of Poligrafica S. Faustino S.p.A.
Friday, May 9	Approval of Quarterly Report as at March 31, 2014
Friday, August 29	Approval of Half Yearly Report as at June 30, 2014
Friday, November 14	Approval of Quarterly Report as at September 30, 2014

Any amendments to the above calendar will be notified to the market.

As provided by art. 2.2.3., paragraph 3, letter a) of Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the Company will not publish Quarterly Report for the fourth quarter of 2013 as the Annual Financial Statements will be published within 90 days from the end of the accounting year.
