It is noted that, pursuant to art. 125 quater, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 1998 (TUF), in order to adapt the documentation to the date of the shareholders' meeting as postponed to July 15, 2021, the proxy forms (generic and to the representative designated by the Company) were filed today at the registered office for representation at the shareholders' meeting, as well as information on the amount of the share capital.
