Hyosun Kang acquired 1.3% stake in Foxbrain Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A039230) from Gemini Investment Corporation (KOSDAQ:A019570) for KRW 1.4 billion on February 28, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Hyosun Kang acquired 0.47 million shares. Post completion, Gemini Investment Corporation will not hold any shares in Foxbrain Co., Ltd. The scheduled date of sales is February 28, 2017. Anse Accounting Corporation acted as an external rating institution in the transaction.
