The Company intends to focus on its search for a target business on companies engaged in metaverse technologies, tourism and e-commerce related industries in the Asia-Pacific or APAC region. The Company does not have any specific business combination under consideration or contemplation. The Company seeks to leverage its management team's network of relationships with corporate executives, private equity, venture and growth capital funds, investment banking firms, consultants, family offices, and large corporations in order to source, acquire, and support the operations of the business combination target.
