SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE ANNUAL REPORT

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019

Reference is made to the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2019 (the "Annual Report") of Plover Bay Technologies Limited (the "Company", and its subsidiaries, the "Group"). Unless otherwise defined or the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Annual Report.

In accordance to the requirements Rule 17.09 of the Listing Rules, the Board would like to provide further information for the section headed "SHARE OPTION SCHEME" in the Annual Report, in relation to the total number of securities available for issue under the Share Option Scheme and percentage of issued shares that it represents as at the date of the Annual Report, details of which are set out below:

The number of share options currently permitted to be granted under the Share Option Scheme is 71,128,000, representing approximately 6.78% of the issued shares of the Company as at the date of the 2019 Annual Report.

Save as disclosed in this announcement, the content of the Annual Report remains unchanged.
