Reference is made to the announcement made on 19 December 2022 regarding the compulsory acquisition of all shares of Play Magnus AS ("Play Magnus Group") not already owned by Chess Growthco LLC (the "Offeror").

An extraordinary general meeting of Play Magnus Group has today resolved to apply for delisting of the shares of Play Magnus Group from Euronext Growth Oslo. Accordingly, Play Magnus Group will apply for a delisting of its shares from Euronext Growth Oslo as soon as possible.

The extraordinary general meeting also resolved that the board of directors of Play Magnus Group shall consist of the following members:

  • Erik Allebest, chairman of the board;
  • Danny Rensch, board member;
  • Henrik Albert Carlsen, board member; and
  • Andreas Thome, board member
