Notice on Selection for Loan Margin Trading Issue

PLAID, Inc. (the "Company") announces that its stock, which is currently designated as a standardized margin trading issue on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market, has been selected as a loan margin trading issue.

The selection will be made on Thursday, May 6, 2021 and will be effective as of that date.

The Company believes that this selection of its stock as a loan margin trading issue will promote improvement of the stock liquidity and supply-demand relationship and will contribute to the vitalization of trade and fair pricing.
