Shenyang Piotech Co., Ltd., announced that it has received CNY 270 million in an equity round of funding on November 30, 2015. The transaction included participation from new investors, China Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund a fund managed by Huaxin Investment Management Co., Ltd. Suzhou Juyuan Dongfang Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund, and Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. The investors acquired a majority stake in the company.

Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) equipment can produce a solid-state thin film on the surface of silicon wafer, and is mainly used for memory chip manufacturing. Atomic layer deposition equipment is mainly used for logic chip manufacturing. Chemical vapor deposition (SACVD) equipment is mainly used for wafer manufacturing. The Company mainly sells its products within domestic market.
