Piolax, Inc. Announces Year End Dividend, Payable on June 27, 2018

Piolax, Inc. would like to disburse JPY 28 per common share of the Company inclusive of a commemorative dividend of JPY 5 per share (in commemorating the 85th anniversary of the Company's founding.) In this case, the total amount of dividends shall be JPY 1,039,346,644. As a result, the dividends on an annual basis will be JPY 45 per share including the interim dividends of JPY 17 per share. Effective date on which dividends are disbursed from retained earnings is June 27, 2018.
