SDB Announcement on Progress of Absorption MergerThe Company and all BoD members ensure that the information disclosed is true, accurate and complete without false records, misleading statements or material omissions.
The Company will plan the merger of the held subsidiary Ping
An Bank Co., Ltd. through absorption in the near future. To
protect investors' interests, ensure fair information
disclosure and prevent abnormal fluctuation of the Company's
stock prices, upon application by the Company, trading of the
Company's shares will be suspended as of Jan 10, 2012.
At present, the Company and relevant parties involved are
actively pushing ahead with various works. Trading of the
Company's shares will continue to be suspended. During the
trading suspension period, the Company will follow relevant
rules to timely fulfill the information disclosure obligation
and make announcements on progress of material issue on a
weekly basis till relevant issue is confirmed and relevant
result is disclosed before stock trading resumption.
