On January 4, 2016, Sharon M. Leite, Executive Vice President, Sales and Customer Experience for Pier 1 Imports, Inc. notified the Company of her intent to resign to accept an executive position with a specialty retailer. Ms. Leite will remain with the Company through January 15, 2016.
