Pico Thailand Public Company Limited has announced a cash dividend of THB 0.02778 per common shareholders and THB 0.02778 per preferred shareholders for the period ended October 31, 2012. Ex-dividend date is January 25, 2013 and payable on March 15, 2013. The company at its AGM to be held on February 20, 2013, to consider and approve the proposed amendment to the clause 4 of Memorandum of Association of the company.
