Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company announced that it has received VND 1425 billion in funding

On March 30, 2022, Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company closed the transaction. The transaction included participation from domestic investors for 7,650,000 shares and foreign investors for 7,350,000 shares. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company.

The company has incurred expenses of VND 14,053,450,000 and received net proceeds of VND 1,410,946,550,000 in the transaction.
