Zhuhai Yunshu Phase II Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise and Zhuhai Yunshu Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise agreed to acquire 12.5% stake in Guangzhou WEIMEIZI Industrial Co., Ltd. from Perfect Group Corp., Ltd (SHSE:603059) for approximately CNY 200 million on April 9, 2021. Guangzhou WEIMEIZI Industrial reported CNY 1.6 billion and net profit of CNY 146.1 million for the year ending December 31, 2021.
Perfect Group Corp., Ltd is a China-based company which is mainly engaged in research and development, manufacture and sales of oral hygiene products and disposable hygiene products. The Companyâs oral hygiene products mainly include toothbrushes, dental floss, interdental brushes, dental floss sticks and denture cleaning tablets. The Companyâs disposable hygiene products mainly include wet wipes and other related products. The Company's toothbrushes can be divided into baby toothbrushes, children toothbrushes, men toothbrushes, women toothbrushes, maternal toothbrushes and couple toothbrushes according to the consumer population. In addition, the Company also produces toothpaste and mouthwash.
