Events will showcase PepsiCo food and beverage portfolio; express thanks to NY and NJ for hosting the championship game.

During three days leading up to Super Bowl Sunday, PepsiCo will host free events in New York City to showcase the company's diverse and complimentary food and beverage portfolio, and express its appreciation to the people of New York and New Jersey for hosting the February 2 NFL championship game.

The events will be held January 29 and 30, and February 1 in a 10,000-square-foot section of Bryant Park dubbed #PEPCITY. 

Throughout #PEPCITY, guests will sample unique recipes create by NYC-based celebrity chefs that incorporate PepsiCo food and beverage products.  Guests will also be treated to a series of events paying tribute to NYC, including segments dedicated to Broadway, art, sports and culture. Ticketed evening concerts will feature Austin Mahone, Prince Royal and Ziggy Marley.

PepsiCo, headquartered in Purchase, N.Y., has enjoyed a 30-year relationship with the NFL.  Through NFL sponsorships, the company drives sales for its brands and customers year-round.

Super Bowl XLVIII represents the culmination of season-long NFL sponsorships and PepsiCo brand activations, including the Pepsi Super Bowl LXVIII Halftime Show and the hugely successful Doritos Crash the Super Bowl contest.
