Peerapat Technology Public Company Limited ("the Company") had completed the Initial Public Offering (IPO) on 12 and 14-15 October 2020 of 100,000,000 shares at 1.50 baht per share with the total amount of 150.00 million baht. After deducting expenses from IPO, the remaining balance is 111.93 million baht. The Company would like to report the utilization of proceeds from IPO (the 4th) between 1 Jan 2022 - 30 June 2022 as follows:
