PCS Technology Limited Approves the Resignation of Yash Bhardwaj as Executive Director, Effective on December 31, 2018

PCS Technology Limited announced that Mr. Yash Bhardwaj,Executive Director (Whole- Time), has tender his resignation to the company with effective from 31 December, 2018 from the post of Executive Director (Whole-Tirne) and would continue as a director of the company. The board of directors at its meeting held December 5, 2018, has accepted his resignation from the post of Executive Director (Whole- Time) effective 31| December, 2018.
