Pacific Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS is a Turkey-based real estate investment company. The main field of activity of the Company is to operate the portfolio consisting of real estates, real estate projects, rights based on real estate, capital market instruments and other assets and rights to be determined by the Capital Markets Board. Pacific Real Estate has two projects in its portfolio, Merkez Ankara project; Next Level Istanbul is a mixed project designed with both shopping and living spaces in the center of Ankara with an area of 125 decares. It is the project whose construction started in Besiktas, Istanbul. The company is part of the Pacific group and works with other real estate-based companies within the group, with Pacific Construction and Pacific Tesis.
