VANCOUVER - Pacific Silk Road Resources Group Inc. (the 'Company') (TSX-V: PP) is pleased to announce that, on June 15, 2022, it completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering with an arm's length third party investor for gross proceeds of $150,000 through the sale of 1,200,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.125 per share.

The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for purposes of the Company's general working capital and other operating expenses. In connection with the Private Placement, the Company paid finder's fees in the aggregate amount of $12,000 to First Asia Group Limited, which is an arm's length party to the Company. The common shares issued on completion of the Private Placement are subject to a four month resale restriction period in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities laws.
