The Board of Directors of Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Yeo Wee Kiong as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company with effect from 29 May 2020. Mr. Yeo has also been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee of the company.
