oRo Co., Ltd. reported consolidated financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2021. For the six months, the company reported operating profit of ¥979 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of ¥660 million or ¥40.61 per share on net sales of ¥2,714 million against operating profit of ¥686 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of ¥476 million or ¥28.70 per share on net sales of ¥2,479 million for the same period of last year.
ORO Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of business solutions that resolve top management's problems and maximize corporate value. The Company has two business segments. The Business Solutions segment is mainly involved in the development and delivering of cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) under name ZAC Enterprise and cloud professional service automation (PSA) under name Reforma PSA, the delivering system solutions and information technology (IT) infrastructure toward companies, as well as the provision of business process outsourcing and others. The Communication Design segment is engaged in the communication strategy planning for companies and their stakeholders, the production of TVCM, magazines and advertisements on media like newspaper, the strategy planning of Website, the promotion campaigns, event planning and host services, as well as the market research, analyze, effect measurement and other services. The Company has nine subsidiaries.
