oRo Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings guidance for the year ending December 31, 2020. For the year, the company expects Net sales of JPY 5,127 million, Operating profit of JPY 1,642 million, Ordinary profit of JPY 1,660 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 1,115 million and EPS of JPY 67.16.
ORO Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of business solutions that resolve top management's problems and maximize corporate value. The Company has two business segments. The Business Solutions segment is mainly involved in the development and delivering of cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) under name ZAC Enterprise and cloud professional service automation (PSA) under name Reforma PSA, the delivering system solutions and information technology (IT) infrastructure toward companies, as well as the provision of business process outsourcing and others.
