Oriental Bank of Commerce Raises Additional Tier 1 Capital Through Private Placement of ATI Bonds

Oriental Bank of Commerce announced that the Bank intends to raise additional Tier 1 capital through private placement of ATI Bonds for INR 50 billion with an option to retain oversubscription of upto INR 50 billion.
