OreCorp Limited Announces Change of Registered Office Address; Announces Executive Changes, Effective March 25, 2013

OreCorp Limited announced that the company has changed its registered office, effective immediately. The new office contact details are as: Level 1, 230 Rokeby Road, SUBIACO WA 6008. Tel: +61 (0)8 9381 9997, Fax: +61 (0)8 9381 9996.

The company also announced that as part of the changes, Ms. Shannon Robinson has also resigned as Joint Company Secretary, effective from March 25, 2013. Mr. Luke Watson will become the sole Company Secretary. In addition, as noted in the company's announcement dated March 12, 2013, Mr. George Bennett will join the company as a Non-Executive Director from March 25, 2013.

OreCorp Limited is an Australia-based mining exploration company. The Companyâs key project is the advanced high-grade multi-million-ounce Nyanzaga Gold Project in northwest Tanzania. The Nyanzaga Gold Project is an advanced development project in the Archaean Greenstones of the Lake Victoria Goldfields of northwest Tanzania. The Nyanzaga Gold Project is situated approximately 60 kilometers (km) southwest of the city of Mwanza, 60 km east of the Geita Gold Mine and 30 km northeast of the Bulyanhulu Gold Mine (Barrick Gold). The project comprises the Special Mining License (SML), which covers approximately 23.4 square kilometers and encompasses the Nyanzaga and Kilimani deposits and other exploration prospects.
