Expanded leadership role across multiple corporate disciplines

NEW YORK, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Travelport Limited, the parent company of the Travelport group of companies, today announced that Eric J. Bock, currently Executive Vice-President and General Counsel, will assume the additional role of Chief Administrative Officer. The move allows the Company to further leverage the expertise of its seasoned leadership team across all business units globally while maximizing operational efficiencies.

In his new role, Bock will manage Travelport's legal, government affairs, communications and compliance teams, as well as lead the Company's corporate strategy development efforts. "The consolidation of these functional areas under Eric's leadership furthers our goal of creating a fully-integrated corporate team focused on communicating and delivering a clearer vision of our strategic initiatives across the Travelport businesses," said Jeff Clarke, CEO and president of Travelport. As part of this transition, Rochelle Boas, Travelport's Group Vice President, Legal and Assistant Secretary, will assume the additional role of Corporate Secretary, and will continue to report to Bock. Additionally, Theresa Sheh, Vice President, Corporate Strategy, will focus on all corporate development and strategy, as well as work closely with the Travelport GDS and GTA organizations in the development of strategic transactions and partnerships. Theresa will also report directly to Bock.

Prior to joining Travelport in 2006 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Bock was Executive Vice President, Law and Corporate Secretary for Cendant Corporation, overseeing Cendant's legal practice groups in securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate secretarial and governance matters, executive compensation, travel distribution services and marketing services. He also served on Cendant's business ethics committee, disclosure committee, employee benefits committee and business continuity planning committee.

During his time at Cendant, Bock played a critical role in the growth and restructuring of the company. He managed the legal aspects of Cendant's acquisitions, including Galileo International, Orbitz, CheapTickets, Avis, Budget, Trendwest and the Wyndham Hotel brand, as well as numerous tuck-in acquisitions. Bock also played an integral part in Cendant's strategic realignment in 1999, under which 18 non-core businesses were divested and more than $4.5 billion of proceeds were generated. Bock oversaw the legal aspects of the separation of Cendant into four new companies: Travelport, Realogy, Wyndham Worldwide and Avis Budget Group.

Prior to joining Cendant, Bock was associated with the corporate group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

Bock graduated from Lafayette College in 1987 and Fordham University School of Law in 1990.
