8086 Felcsút, Fő Utca 65.; company registration number: 07-09-024757; tax number: 11454599207) on January 13, 2023, R-KORD Építőipari Kft. purchased 5,263,801 common shares of OPUS GLOBAL Nyrt. (ISIN: HU0000110226) at an average price of HUF 129,77/share in an over-the-counter transaction. Following the transaction, R-KORD Építőipari Kft. owns 18,081,052 common shares of OPUS GLOBAL Nyrt. (ISIN: HU0000110226).

Following the transactions, the number of own shares owned indirectly and directly by OPUS GLOBAL Nyrt. increased from 40,516,558 to 45,780,359 therefore the voting right is 6.52%.
