Notice of a Change of our Company Name
At the Board of Directors meeting held today, the Company has resolved to change its corporate name subject to the approval of a partial amendment to the Articles of Incorporation at the 18th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on September 27, 2022. Details are as follows.
Information on the partial amendments to the Articles of Incorporation will be disclosed upon resolution by the Board of Directors.
1. Regarding a change of our company name
Reason for the change
We have decided to change to a new company name in order to manifest our strong will to achieve our purpose on a group-wide scale. The new company name is derived from our purpose set by our corporate group; that is "Open upindividual potential through rewarding work."
New company name Open Up Group Inc.
Scheduled date of change January 1, 2023 (scheduled)
*This change is subject to the approval of "a change to a part of the Articles of Incorporation" at the 18th ordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on September 27, 2022.
