EPTI postpones publication of the interim report for the first quarter 2023 to May 31

EPTI AB (publ) (“EPTI” or the “Company”) has decided to postpone the publication of the interim report for the first quarter of 2023 until May 31, 2023. On April 24, 2023 EPTI communicated about the Company's new strategy focus. For this reason the Company's board has decided to postpone the publication of the report to ensure a format that reflects the Company's orientation as an investment company with a focus on companies that develops and apply artificial intelligence in the commercial operations.

The Company offers a management platform from small recurring workshops to big scientific conferences. Its services are used by international companies and individuals.
