Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Board of Directors
At the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on the 28th day of July, 2023 VIA ZOOM, it was proposed to be resolved and was accordingly resolved as follows:
That the Unaudited Financial Statements for the 2nd Quarter ending 30 June, 2023 (Q2 2023 UFS) of the Company presented to the Board is hereby approved. The accounts will be filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on or before the 31st of July, 2023.
That the Company shall hold its Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 31st December, 2022 in the year Q4 FY 2023.
That in the matter of the Company and the Bank of Industry (BOI), the Company shall continue negotiations with the Bank of Industry (BOI) for a possible 'Out of Court' Settlement.
That in the matter of the Company and First Bank of Nigeria Limited, the Company shall continue negotiations with First Bank of Nigeria Plc. for a possible 'Out of Court' Settlement.
