Old Second Bancorp, Inc. reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported net interest income was USD 61.24 million compared to USD 64.09 million a year ago. Net income was USD 18.23 million compared to USD 23.62 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.4 compared to USD 0.53 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.4 compared to USD 0.52 a year ago.
For the full year, net interest income was USD 251.93 million compared to USD 206.16 million a year ago. Net income was USD 91.73 million compared to USD 67.41 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.05 compared to USD 1.51 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.02 compared to USD 1.49 a year ago.

It provides variety of additional services to the needs of individual customers, such as the money orders, cashiersâ checks and foreign currency, direct deposit, discount brokerage, debit cards, credit cards, and other special services. It also provides complement of electronic banking services such as online and mobile banking and corporate cash management products.
