On January 17, 2018, the board of Directors of Old Second Bancorp, Inc. declared a cash dividend of $0.01 per share payable on February 5, 2018, to stockholders of record as of January 26, 2018.
Old Second Bancorp, Inc. serves as the bank holding company for its wholly owned subsidiary bank, Old Second National Bank (the Bank).
