Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2019. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 327,858 million against JPY 299,316 million for the same period last year. Operating income was JPY 9,131 million against JPY 498.7 million for the same period last year. Ordinary income was JPY 7,290 million against JPY 2,802 million for the same period last year. Profit was JPY 7,214 million against loss of JPY 1,530 million for the same period last year. Basic Earnings per share was JPY 83.02 against basic loss per share of JPY 18.02 for the same period last year.
For the year ending March 31, 2020, the company expects Net sales of JPY 465,000 million, Operating income of JPY 18,500 million, Ordinary income of JPY 15,500 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 14,000 million and basic EPS of JPY 161.83.
The company provided dividend guidance for the year ending March 31, 2020. For the year, the company expects to pay a dividend of JPY 50.00 per share against JPY 50.00 per share paid a year ago.
