The total amount of dividends to be distributed is based on
the outstanding of common stock 2,730,484,301 shares and
preferred stock 300,000,000 shares as at 2022/02/28.
If the number of issued and outstanding shares of the company
subsequently changes due to share repurchase, share transfer,
share conversion, capital increase or decrease, the board of
directors will be authorized to handle relevant matters.
If the amount of the cash dividends is less than NT$1,
it is rounded up to NT$1. The fractional shares will be recognized
as the other income.
