NVR, Inc. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2018. For the fourth quarter, the company announced operating income was USD 261.088 million compared to USD 247.797 million a year ago. Net income was USD 232.158 million compared to USD 124.619 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 64.46 compared to USD 33.39 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 58.57 compared to USD 28.88 a year ago. For the full year, operating income was USD 895.142 million compared to USD 799.407 million a year ago. Net income was USD 797.197 million compared to USD 537.521 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 219.58 compared to USD 144 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 194.8 compared to USD 126.77 a year ago.
