NVC Lighting Holding Limited Appoints Chan Kim Yung, Eva as Member of Remuneration Committee and Strategy and Planning Committee

The board of directors of NVC Lighting Holding Limited announced that Ms. Chan Kim Yung, Eva ("Ms. Chan"), an executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee (the "Remuneration Committee") and a member of the strategy and planning committee (the "Strategy and Planning Committee") of the company with effect from 25 January 2019.
