On May 1, 2020, Kim Proctor notified Nuverra Environmental Solutions, Inc. of her decision to resign her position as Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the company in order to assume employment with another company in an unrelated industry. Ms. Proctor will continue to serve as the company's Principal Accounting Officer through May 8, 2020.
