Hindustan Unilever Limited (BSE:500696) has entered into an Agreement to acquire Wind Turbine Generator Plant from NPR Finance Limited (BSE:530127) for INR 14 million on October 7, 2022. The expected date of closing is 180 days from the date of entering into the Sale Agreement.
