NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING OF NPF MICROFINANCE BANK PLC

NPF Microfinance Bank Plc (the Bank) wishes to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its shareholders and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will hold on Thursday 26th January 2023 to consider among other things, the Unaudited Financial Statements of the Bank for 4th Quarter Ending 31st December 2022.

In line with the NGX Rule on Closed Period (as amended), the closed period for trading in the shares of the Bank will commence on 1st January 2023 until 24 hours after the Q4 Financial Statements and the 2022 Audited Results are released to the public via NGX's Issuer's Portal.

Accordingly, no Director, Employee, Persons discharging managerial responsibility and adviser of NPF Microfinance Bank Plc and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the closed period.
