The Liverpool Limited Partnership of Elliott Management Corporation and Elliott International, L.P of Elliott International Capital Advisors Inc. sold minority stake in North Energy AS on January 19, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, The Liverpool Limited Partnership sold 1.25 million shares and Elliott International, L.P sold 2.65 million shares. Subsequent to the acquisition, The Liverpool Limited Partnership holds 146 million shares and Elliott International, L.P holds 3.10 million shares representing 3.83% together in North Energy AS. The Liverpool Limited Partnership of Elliott Management Corporation and Elliott International, L.P of Elliott International Capital Advisors Inc. completed the sale of minority stake in North Energy AS on January 19, 2017.
