On January 15, 2018, Sichuan Nitrocell Corporation (SZSE:002246) closed the transaction. The company received funds from new investor, China Structural Reform Fund Co., Ltd., a fund managed by Chengtong Fund Management Co., Ltd. The company total capital after the transaction is 549,034,794 shares.
North Chemical Industries Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of chemical raw materials and chemical products. The Company operates through three businesses.
