International Western Petroleum, Inc. (OTCPK:INWP) signed an agreement to acquire 11 oil and gas leases in Jack County and Palo Pinto County from Amen Oil Company for $1.6 million on December 22, 2017. The consideration will be paid in cash. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Norris Industries, Inc. is an oil and natural gas exploration and production company.
