Nordic Shipholding A/S Announces Resignation of Christian Hassel as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board, Effective End-April 2013 and End of October 2012 Respectively

Nordic Shipholding A/S announced the resignation of Christian Hassel from his position as Chief Financial Officer as of end-April 2013 and will resign as member of the executive board of the company as of end-October 2012. The resignation is part of the agreement with Tankers Inc. regarding future management and administration of the company. Christian Hassel will be available to the company on a limited basis during a transition period.

The executive board of the company will henceforth consist of CEO Thomas Andersen.
