Notice Concerning Completion of Property Acquisition
March 3, 2015
Nomura Real Estate Office Fund, Inc. ("Nomura Office Fund" or the "Fund") announced the
completion of acquisition of the following assets stated in the "Notice Concerning Property
Acquisition," released on December 10, 2014.
