NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders ("Noteholders") of the Notes issued by the Issuer under the trust deed dated 20 December 2018 between the Issuer, the guarantors thereto, DB Trustees (Hong Kong) Limited as trustee (the "Trustee") for holders of the Notes and Madison Pacific Trust Limited as security trustee (the "Security Trustee"), as supplemented by the first supplemental trust deed dated 5 May 2020 between the Issuer, the Trustee and the Security Trustee, as further supplemented by the second supplemental trust deed dated 17 June 2022 between the Issuer and the Trustee, as further supplemented by a third supplemental trust deed dated 13 April 2023, as further supplemented by a fourth supplemental trust deed dated 11 September 2023 and as further modified and/or supplemented and/or amended from time to time, (the "Notes Trust Deed") governing the obligations under the Notes, and pursuant to the Conditions of the Notes (as amended from time to time to the date hereof) that, in accordance with the terms of the Notes and the Notes Trust Deed that:

Final Maturity Date and Partial Payment

According to Condition 8.1 (Redemption at Maturity), unless previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled, the Issuer will redeem the Notes at their principal amount, plus any accrued and unpaid interest, if any, on 20 June 2024.

On 20 June 2024, the principal amount of the Notes following the payment of accrued but unpaid interest as PIK Interest is US$ 410,417,1711.

On 20 June 2024, the Issuer will make a payment of US$5,148,879.72 on the Notes (the "Final Payment").

The remaining Notes will be marked down to zero as described below.

Mark down of remaining Notes

Under the terms of the Notes Trust Deed, all payments of liabilities to be satisfied by the Issuer under the Notes and the remaining guarantors under their guarantee of the Notes or the Notes Trust Deed has been limited to the extent of sums received or recovered by or on behalf of the Issuer and the remaining guarantors or the Trustee in respect of their assets (net of any sums that the Issuer and the remaining guarantors are or may be obliged to pay to any party in priority to the Noteholders in respect of their liabilities to third parties). In accordance with the terms of the Notes Trust Deed, all the remaining guarantors under the Notes or the Notes Trust Deed and subsidiaries of the Issuer (including any other remaining assets of the Issuer) have been liquidated or an in liquidation and the remaining guarantors and the Issuer have been released from their obligations under the Notes Trust Deed. The Final Payment represents the final amount of money available to the Issuer. As such, following the Final Payment, Noteholders will have no further recourse to the Issuer and the Guarantors in respects of their obligations under the Notes.

In accordance with the terms of the Trust Deed, following the Final Payment, all obligations owed by the Issuer and the Guarantors to the Noteholders are thereby discharged and the Notes are therefore extinguished and

the Trustee will be requested to mark down the Notes to nil value and to cancel the Notes in the clearing systems upon receipt of the markdown notification from the Issuer.

All capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in this Notice have the meaning given to them in the Notes Trust Deed.
