NMC Health : PDMR notification

NMC Health plc PDMR notification London, 12 January 2017: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading integrated private healthcare network operator in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and one of the leading global providers of fertility treatments through its European and Middle Eastern subsidiaries, announces that it received notification from Mr H J Mark Tompkins, Chairman of the Company, that on 11 January 2017 he sold 1,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1,647.744p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Tompkins has an interest over a total of 24,083 shares, representing 0.01% of the current issued share capital of the Company, including Mrs Sarah Tompkins' direct interest in the shares of the Company of 2,983 shares, representing 0.001% of the current issued share capital of the Company, and 13,000 shares, representing 0.006% of the current issued share capital of the Company, owned by a family trust of which Mr Tompkins is a potential beneficiary Shares.
