Nizhnekamskneftekhim PAO : PJSC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" Switches to the Electronic Document Management with JSC "Russian Railways"

Beginning from the 1 of February 2016, PJSC 'Nizhnekamskneftekhim', being cargo shipper, switches to the electronic document management with JSC 'Russian Railways'. This means that the railway bills for the carriage of goods by rail on the territory of the Russian Federation will be issued in electronic form. Furthermore, quality certificates, previously provided as a supplement to the railway bills will not be made available in paper form at the departure station.

Adaptation of the ETRAN automated system of JSC 'Russian Railways' will significantly reduce paper flow and speed up the process of registration of shipments at the railway station.

Consignees which have access to the ETRAN automated system and signed an agreement with JSC 'Russian Railways' for this service now will be able to receive invoices electronically, and, if necessary, print them out on paper. Invoices on paper for other consignees, as before, will be issued at the destination station upon arrival of the goods.

For the convenience of customers and at individual requests, from February 1, 2016 PJSC 'Nizhnekamskneftekhim' will arrange for automatic posting of electronic forms of railway receipts and certificates of quality to the e-mail addresses of customers.
