Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the fiscal periods ending May 31, 2023 and November 30, 2023. For the period ending May 31, 2023, the company expects operating revenues of JPY 28,883 million, operating income of JPY 12,368 million and net income of JPY 11,171 million. Forecasted net income per unit for the fiscal period ending May 31, 2023 to be JPY 4,072.
For the period ending November 30, 2023, the company expects operating revenues of JPY 29,529 million, operating income of JPY 12,506 million and net income of JPY 11,364 million. Forecasted net income per unit for the fiscal period ending Nov. 30, 2023 to be JPY 4,133.
