(TSE:1909) announced a private placement of 6,000 treasury common shares at ¥3,080 per share for gross proceeds of ¥18,480,000 with Kashima Kohan Co., Ltd. on December 18, 2012. The board of directors of the company resolved to carry out the transaction by third party allocation during the board of directors' meeting. The disposal date for the transaction is January 8, 2013.
