Nippon Chemi-Con Corporation reported consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016. Ordinary loss was JPY 80 million compared to income of JPY 1,569 million a year ago. Net loss attributable to owners of the parent company was JPY 489 million or JPY 3 per share compared to income of JPY 1,243 million or JPY 7.63 per share a year ago.

For the year ending March 31, 2017, the company expects consolidated net sales of JPY 112,000 million, operating income of JPY 2,600 million, ordinary income of JPY 2,400 million and net income attributable to owners of the parent company of JPY 1,500 million or JPY 9.21 per share.
